Data and purpose
Updated 2026-10-10. This policy explains our handling of data in the spirit of transparency, purpose limitation and data minimisation under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).
Inputs include birth date, gender for the Kua formula, optional birth time and birthplace. Other places can include a time zone and optional longitude. MBTI, job nature and a focus are optional. These details calculate your profile, directions and daily perspectives in your browser. No name, street address or account is requested.
In your browser
Birth data is never sent to FengSync servers. Unsaved data stays in the current page memory. Submitting birth details on Today, Save on this device, See today's luck or importing a code writes to this browser’s localStorage for later visits.
Quest checkmarks are saved by date on this device and removed after 14 days. Clearing your data also removes quest records.
There are no cookies, trackers, external fonts or analytics. Downloads of static code and calendar data contain no birth input. Hosting and network providers may keep ordinary connection logs, such as IP address, path and time, but receive no birth input.
Sharing and retention
Shared images include results, without birth date or time. Your chosen sharing application handles images under its own policy.
Saved data remains until you clear it or the browser removes it. Other people using the same browser on a shared device may access it.
Profile codes contain birth data and personal choices. Share them only with people you trust. Importing replaces the local saved profile. You can clear data on My Day, home or the direction tool.
Access, correction and deletion
Saved inputs load into the form, where you can edit and save them again. “Clear data” on the home page or direction tool removes local birth data and the current result. You can also clear site storage in browser settings.
