About this trigram
Zhen stands for thunder: the push to begin. People with Gua 3 are traditionally called Zhen-life.
Gua 3's four favourable directions are south, north, southeast and east.
Traditional use
Zhen life is about momentum: tradition faces the desk towards the Prosperity direction for better focus. Your direction map is on the Character Card.
Direction groupings are a traditional Eight Mansions reference, not a rule; safety, comfort and practical needs come first in the home.
